An escape unto itself, this working horse and cattle facility offers a peaceful, luxurious setting for all its residents—especially horses. Riders are given every opportunity to strengthen their relationship and forge a mutual bond of trust and confidence.The venue offers an outdoor arena, a 6-horse walker, two barns with large box stalls, and English and Western instructional horse-riding lessons, from beginner to professional.

The Chapin Estate is in discussions with a world renowned Michelin-starred French chef to lead its extraordinary culinary program, embracing a seasonal, farm-to-table menu crafted from meats, poultry and produce raised by local and regional farmers and breeders. Fine wines, meticulously selected, enhance the dining experience.

Chapin’s rejuvenating spa indulgences will feature by-appointment Ayurveda wellness services, including dietician and nutritionist experts who will tailor the offerings to fit each guest’s needs, preferences and lifestyle. Also coming soon is a state-of-the art fitness center, heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi.
