2010 Lake Club Event Calendar Notes

Beginning Saturday, May 29, 2010, the following facilities and equipment will be available to Lake Club members (for no additional charge) during normal club operation hours (friday, saturday, sunday, & holidays, 10 am – 6 pm, weather and conditions permitting).

An attendant will be on duty during those hours:

• Heated pool (with available lounge cushions and umbrellas )
• Kayaks, canoes, rowboats, mountain bikes fly-fishing equipment available for sign-out

Open year round (daylight hours, weather and conditions permitting):

• Hiking and mountain biking trails
• Vita course

Open year round, 7 days a week, 6:30 am – 9:00 pm:

• Fitness center

Reminders:

• All Lake Club events, notices and schedules will be posted on building link, with automatic email notification sent to members. Please be sure to update your “unit profile” on building link with your preferred email address.
• All Lake Club events are subject to cancellation or change. Members will be notified of any changes via building link.
• Additional events may be added throughout the season, and will be posted on building link when confirmed.
• We are pleased to welcome our new pilates instructor, Leah Maidenbaum, and to welcome back our yoga instructor, Michele Sapanaro. More information on these instructors and their programs are available on request. RSVP’s and payment for their classes ($20 per class) will be made directly to each instructor.
• If you have already paid your 2010 annual Lake Club memberhip dues, we thank you. If not, please send in your checks for annual membership dues (or contact us with written permission to charge your annual membership dues to your credit card on file) as soon as possible. 2009 Lake Club memberships expired april 30, 2010!
• Dock space for the private boats of Lake Club members is available on a first-come,first-served basis at the Lake Club dock on swinging bridge, at the dock at toronto dam, and at the peninsula dock. The annual dock lease fee is $750; please contact marcie if you are interested in leasing dock space, if you have any questions or would like more information.
• In order to provide you with the best quality and service, and for us to be able to operate efficiently, rsvp’s will be required by the date posted for all Lake Club events and activities. RSVP’s received after that time will be accepted solely at the discretion of management. Events that do not have enough rsvp’s by the required date are subject to cancellation.
• Any reservations cancelled by members must be received by the cancellation deadline indicated for each event to prevent an automatic charge on your credit card. (if the event is cancelled by the Lake Club, you will not be charged.)
• Lake Club events and activities are contingent upon your level of support. Pricing for a la carte events will be influenced by member participation.
• Well-behaved children will be welcome at all age-appropriate events; please note that children must be closely supervised by parents at all times.
